Your new virgin hair extensions can be treated as it is your own hair. You are able to use a thermal (hot) tool to straighten, curl, crimp, etc. Keep in mind that hair will not have all the nutrients that a strand growing from your scalp will. Heat damage can cause breakage and dryness. Therefore, you should always use a heat-protecting product to co-wash your hair, and protect it during sleep hours. 

In addition to helping your style last longer, please cover your hair with a satin bonnet or scarf to help your hair retain moisture, which helps prevent the roughening of cuticle that occurs during normal sleep movements against your pillow, and helps prevent split ends.

Any chemical processes should be done by a professional or at least under professional consultation. Purchase our hair is an investment for you but coloring the hair can possibly damage it. 

Though, our virgin hair extensions can handle coloring process very well, please be cautious and treat it carefully. Once the hair is chemically altered incorrectly, the cuticle can become damaged and overexposed causing fraying, breakage, dryness, and tangling. This in turn will affect the overall look and feel of your hair. Chemical damage has no reverse button.

Except hair of body wave does not act well, other texture can all keep the pattern well after washed. The body wave is not originally that kind of wavy hair. That's why it turns to natural wavy or natural straight after washed. However, data shows the body wave is the HOTTEST TEXTURE among our other products. It's soft, dyed well, curled beautifully.

We dare not to say our hair is perfect without any shedding. The most effective way to avoid shedding is to seal the wefts before installing. We have reinforced machine weft to minimize shedding to nearly none. You may see a few strands somewhere, but nothing troubling.

It is very normal for virgin hair to have grey hairs, especially because we don't alter our hair chemically. Our hair is collected from persons' real head so you can expect any natural things such as grey hairs.Our workers will pick up the grey hair or colored thread in the production process, but we can not 100% guarantee no grey hair or thread, hope your understanding.

Curly hair takes a bit more upkeep than straight/wavy hair. Co-wash(Washing your hair w/ just conditioner) every 1-2 days, spraying it with John Freda Frizz Ease Dream Curls etc, combing it out w/ a paddle brush, and let the hair air dry, the curls will allow the hair to dry with no frizzy.

We recommend: Dove Intensive Repair conditioner, One ‘n only Argan Oil moisture repair conditioner and oil treatment, Miracle 7 leave-in conditioner, Suave clarifying shampoo.

Deep condition the hair after dye & bleach is very necessary!! It will protect the hair being dry. Lower quality dye products will damage the hair, we not responsible for customer improper process.

- Detangle hair from ends to roots before washing. 

- Carefully wash with lukewarm water and use quality shampoo with conditioner.- Do not rub or twist the hair. 

- Gently squeeze out excess water and pat dry with towel

- Do not roll or rob the hair. 

- Brush into desired style after hair is completely dry. 

a. Wash and deep condition hair regularly 

b. Never sleep with wet hair and you may wrap it to prevent tangling.

c. Avoid overusing of hot curlers and flat-irons which will shorten the life of hair
